Swiss Emmentaler

Edelweiss Creamery in Monticello, Wisconsin has reintroduced the world to the traditional large Swiss cheese wheel
with their 100% authentic Emmentaler. Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker Bruce Workman skillfully crafts the Emmentaler
with grass based milk in an old-fashioned copper kettle, preserving the ancestral Swiss cheesemaking heritage. At present time,
Edelweiss Creamery is the only facility in the country with the capability to produce these amazing 180-pound wheels of cheese.

A semi-soft mild ultra creamy, slightly sweet cheese. Ideal for serving with crackers, for table, slicing, and melting.
